Brunch Cook

Sally is a neighborhood restaurant and wine bar located in Fitler Square. We offer sourdough wood fired pizza, creative small plates, and natural wines.  We strive for friendly and knowledgable service in a fun casual environment. Sally is making an addition to our team!  Specifically someone to help out with our brunch shifts are from 9am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. What you offer: Hardworking and positive attitude Attention to detail A sense of urgency in your work. At least 1 year of experience on a high volume sauté station. Basic proficiency in sauce-making, knife skills, meat-cooking, and time management. The role: Working a busy sauté station and expediting food. Contributing to a kitchen meeting standard levels of cleanliness and organization. Prepping all the items on the station that don't require the work of a prep team.
