You will lead the delivery of fiber expansion and large-scale infrastructure construction programs supporting top-tier hyperscaler clients across North America.What You’ll OwnLeading telecom and infrastructure construction programs across multiple regions, including oversight of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field operations.Translating client requirements into clear direction for engineering, construction, and field teams.Driving schedule, cost, and scope alignment across all phases of mission‑critical work.Leading workforce and resource planning to support execution across multiple active projects.Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions that improve execution and productivity.Maintaining project momentum when priorities shift, schedules tighten, or client requirements evolve.Upholding quality, safety, and execution standards across design, construction, installation, and project turnover.Supporting key project milestones including commissioning, cutovers, and final delivery.What We’d Like to SeeExperience leading OSP, FTTH, telecom, utility, power delivery, heavy civil, or other large-scale infrastructure construction portfolios with responsibility for operational performance, project execution, and resource planning.Experience leading Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across concurrent programs and regions.Demonstrated ability to deliver complex construction programs while balancing schedule, cost, workforce, safety, and client expectations.Background in contractor-led construction environments with a strong understanding of field operations.Why This RoleThis is a chance to step into a visible leadership role overseeing large-scale infrastructure construction programs across North America.
