Job Description Cunningham Clinic is growing and we are seeking to add a Nurse Practitioner to our team! Qualified candidate should have experience with HRT, medical weight loss and medical aesthetics, a successful track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude, open to learning and have excellent customer service skills.Position includes hourly pay, benefits, commission and bonus opportunities.*Note: Unfortunately due to Medical Practice Act restrictions, not open to candidates who hold a Physician Assistant degree.Desired Skill and Experience:Bilingual in Spanish preferredMedical Spa, Cosmetic Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery industry experience of 2+ years is preferred (training available through Cunningham Clinic)Bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT) experience minimum 2 years requiredMedical weight loss management minimum 1 year requiredA strong personal presence, product knowledge and ability to educate and recommend the proper treatments for each individual client and carry out the treatment plan.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.Current Colorado nurse, nurse practitioner, prescriptive authority and DEA licenses are required.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive patient care as a Nurse Practitioner, including initial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.Review and document patient information in EHR/EHR systems, coordinate with specialists, and ensure accurate medication prescribing where appropriate.Conduct patient education on physiology, nutrition, and health coaching to support outcomes.Perform procedures including subcutaneous pellet placement, aestethic injections (Botox, filler, Sculptra, etc.), joint injections, and other treatments offered at Cunningham Clinic.Perform aesthetic treatments including hair restoration, microneedling, RF microneedling and other medical aesthetic treatments offered at Cunningham Clinic.Provide follow up care via synchronous encounters that include both in person clinic visits and via video telehealth visits (telehealth appointments may be completed remotely/via work from home).New grads will be considered if they have nursing experience in key areas: HRT, aesthetics, functional medicine and/or medical weight loss.Job Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year PLUS bonus/commissionBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Aesthetic treatments: 2 years (Preferred)Medical Weight Loss Management: 1 year (Preferred)HRT: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: In person
