Delivery Driver Box Truck

***IMMEDIATE HIRE*** Our busy restaurant supply company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, pulling and reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Pulling orders in warehouse before route Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle (Box Truck) Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints Collect payments Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver will have adjusted pay depending on experience Valid professional driver’s license Ability to operate forklifts and trucks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school diploma or GED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Experience: Box Truck: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
