Highly experienced Order Management and Shipping Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. Functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Order Management and Shipping modules, and a proven track record of driving process improvements across global supply chain operations.Key Skills/KnowledgeEnd-to-end Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution processes within Oracle EBS R12. Drive full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support.Configure And Support Functionalities Such As Sales Order creation, Booking, Scheduling, ATPShipping, Pick Release, Ship ConfirmDelivery management and freight termsHolds, workflows, pricing, and credit checksBackorder, partial shipments, and drop shipment processes.
