Sr. HR Business Partner

Position Overview:This role serves as a senior, embedded HR partner across four Operating Companies, with accountability for employee success, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.Acting as a key advisor to the CPO, this individual combines real-time organizational insight with hands-on execution to ensure people, structure, and culture are aligned to drive performance.Job Responsibilities:Organizational Insight & Employee SuccessBuild trusted relationships at all levels and develop a deep understanding of how each OpCo operates. Serve as the “eyes and ears” of the organization, identifying risks related to engagement, performance, burnout, and attrition. Partner with leaders to address employee challenges and escalate systemic issues with clear recommendations. Organizational Design & EffectivenessOwn org structure design, job descriptions, and organizational charts across all entities. Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and decision rights. Identify structural gaps, inefficiencies, and headcount needs; recommend and implement improvements. Cross-Functional CollaborationDiagnose and improve breakdowns in communication, decision-making, and team interactions. Partner with leaders to strengthen ways of working and drive alignment across functions. Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure clarity from leadership to employees. Leadership Partnership & DevelopmentAdvise and coach leaders on team effectiveness, performance, and change management. Own leadership development strategy, including training, coaching, and capability building. Executive Partnership & ReportingProvide regular insights to the CPO on organizational health, risks, and trends. Deliver monthly reporting on organizational changes, workforce trends, and key risks. Prepare executive and board-level materials as needed.This role involves approximately 50% travel across Arizona, Nevada, and Kentucky to support on-site partnership with Operating Companies.Qualifications:8–12+ years of HR experience (HRBP and/or Org Effectiveness). Strong experience in org design, leadership support, and complex organizations. Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels. Excellent judgment in handling sensitive issues.
