Job Title: Project Coordinator / Real Estate & Finance Analyst Job Description The Real Estate Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Real Estate team by managing lease expirations, transaction documentation, and reporting. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, aiding in negotiations and renewals, preparing standardized deliverables, and maintaining portfolio data integrity. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Planning & Design, Site Operations, and external landlords/brokers. Key Responsibilities Support real estate and business initiatives through financial analysis, reporting, and project coordination Assist with transaction support for acquisitions, renewals, dispositions, and large-scale portfolio initiatives Prepare financial comparisons, executive summaries, and analysis to support leadership decision-making Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Real Estate) and external partners (brokers, consultants) Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives Maintain documentation, data integrity, and reporting for complex, multi-stakeholder projects Support work involving corporate and financial clients, including healthcare environments where applicable Target Backgrounds Consulting (management, real estate, or financial consulting) Brokerage or commercial real estate advisory Corporate real estate or project management within large organizations Finance, analyst, or associate roles supporting real estate or capital projects Exposure to private equity, acquisitions, or office portfolio transactions is highly relevant Healthcare environment experience is a plus Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field Experience supporting financial, corporate, or real estate projects (3-5 years preferred) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and transactional data High attention to detail; able to manage complex, multi-faceted workstreams Comfortable operating in environments with financial, corporate, and institutional complexity Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Tools & Skills Advanced or intermediate Excel (analysis, comparisons, reporting) PowerPoint for executive-level summaries Exposure to real estate databases, reporting tools, or contract systems is a plus Work Environment The position follows a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role requires working in a professional office environment with opportunities for collaboration across various departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menlo Park, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.02 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
