Plant Manager - Digital Print

Our client, a digital print manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a fast-paced production operation in the upstate New York region. This is a high-visibility leadership role with full ownership of a key production facility. You will lead operations, drive performance, and build a strong, accountable team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Top-tier compensation package with a base salary of $165,000–$185,000 and excellent benefits.Responsibilities:Own site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivityLead daily operations in a high-volume digital manufacturing environmentDrive KPIs: throughput, capacity, on-time delivery, labor efficiencyMaintain strong floor presence and lead from the frontIdentify bottlenecks and drive process and workflow improvementsBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing teamManage staffing, scheduling, and cost controlQualifications:8+ years in manufacturing / production leadershipExperience in high-volume, automated print environments, managing digital orders ranging from one to thousands through print, finishing, and fulfillmentStrong background in KPIs, operations, and process improvementHands-on leader with floor presenceExperience with lean manufacturingKnowledge of OSHA / safety standardsStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsWhat’s in It for YouOwnership of day-to-day operations and performanceVisibility across leadership and key stakeholdersExposure to modern, digitally driven manufacturing technologyAll applications are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
