Software Developer (.NET / Full Stack)
LeisurePay builds payment processing technology used by merchants every day. We're looking for a Software Developer to build and maintain features across our C#/.NET backend and our Vue.js and Angular front ends, all running on Azure.What you'll doBuild, maintain, and debug features in our C#.NET applications using Visual StudioWrite and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and Playwright end-to-end tests, and carry out manual testing of new features and releasesWork with Entity Framework for data access, and partner with our DBA on query performance and migrationsDevelop and maintain front-end features in both Vue.js and AngularDeploy and support applications on AzureUse AI-assisted coding tools as part of your daily workflow, while reviewing and testing AI-generated code to the same standard as your ownWork within a Git-based workflow, including branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution, and code reviewsPrepare and manage pull requests through a manual review and release processTake part in code reviews and address findings from security reviewsOccasionally work with Java components where neededMinimum requirementsVisual Studio and C#.NETEntity FrameworkAzureVue.jsAngularSome Java experienceStrong software testing skills, including automated testing with Playwright, unit and integration testing, and structured manual testing, such as writing test cases, exploratory testing, and regression checks before releaseStrong Git skills, including branching strategies, rebasing and merging, pull requests, and resolving conflicts on a shared codebaseExperience using AI-assisted coding tools, especially Claude (our team's primary tool), and the judgment to verify their output; experience with other tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is also welcomeNice to haveExperience in payments or fintechFamiliarity with secure coding practices, such as OWASP guidanceExperience with SQL / T-SQLLeisurePay is an equal opportunity employer.
