Shake Maker/Pastry Prep

The shake makers/pastry prep at JoJo’s are among our busiest employees. People from all over come to try JoJo’s famous Biggie Shakes, and the shakers are the masters of these works of art. Our Biggie Shakes are accompanied by diner classics like the smash burger and overstuffed sandwiches inside our 80s and 90s inspired restaurant. During our busiest times shakers/pastry prep need to maintain an appropriate pace while still producing the best tasting, picture perfect desserts in town. Duties/responsibilities: Learn all shakes and allergy information Be able to read a ticket and any modifications listed Maintain a clean and sanitized shake window Fill and clean ice cream machine and whip cream machine Shake station prep for Biggie Shake Collars and stocking Toppers Work quickly and efficiently Make shakes and any other pastry items Thoroughly clean ALL surfaces, walls, and floors at close Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Night shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
