Regional Account Manager

We are hiring a Regional Account Manager for a well-established equipment finance and vendor leasing organization known for its strong leadership, entrepreneurial culture, and long-term employee tenure.This high-visibility sales role focuses on developing new vendor finance relationships nationwide, structuring financing solutions, and growing funded lease and finance production across multiple commercial finance verticals.The organization offers a stable, collaborative environment with uncapped earning potential and a relationship-driven sales culture.Responsibilities• Develop new vendor finance relationships through outbound sales• Secure partnerships with vendors and referral sources• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to funded transactions• Structure financing solutions and evaluate pricing and credit• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams• Generate $8M–$12M+ in annual funded production• Present to executive-level decision makers• Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and prospecting tools to manage pipeline activity• Partner with underwriting and operations teams to close transactions• Travel nationally as needed and maintain accurate CRM reportingQualifications• Bachelor’s degree• 5–7+ years of equipment leasing, vendor finance, or commercial finance sales experience• Proven success generating $8M–$12M+ in annual funded production• Strong hunter mentality with outbound prospecting and vendor development experience• Experience building vendor and referral relationships• Consultative sales approach with financing and credit evaluation experience• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills• Ability to work independently in a remote national territory roleWhat’s In It For You• Permanent, full-time direct hire opportunity• Competitive base salary• Uncapped commission potential• Opportunity to grow a national vendor finance portfolio• Strong autonomy with supportive leadership and entrepreneurial flexibility• National sales exposure across multiple markets and industries• Stable organization with strong employee tenure and leadership continuity• Collaborative, relationship-driven culture with long-term growth potential• Access to modern CRM, prospecting, and sales support tools• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off
