Production Associate (2nd Shift)
Job DescriptionProduction AssociateAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will be operating machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures for a company with over 30 years of industry experience.Pay Rate $21.00 per hourSchedule and Hours 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4 00 PM to 2 30 AM Production Associate Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms.Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards.Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE.Produce products that meet customer and company standards.Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Perform other duties as assigned.Production Associate Qualifications and RequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing setting required.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling.Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems.Criminal background check and drug screening required.Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift.Ability to stand for the duration of shift.Job Type Full-time, temporary to hireBenefits Weekly PayMedical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.Click Apply Now to submit your application or call us at 615.361.8806 to learn more.
