Inspect HVAC systems and components to assess conditions, recommend repairs, and suggest preventive maintenance. Conduct regular maintenance to keep commercial HVAC systems running smoothly. Fix HVAC systems and related parts. Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment for safety and availability. Record job status, activities, and estimates for customers and supervisors. Order equipment and supplies to maintain inventory. Collaborate with other trades for efficient project completion. Respond to safety emergencies, even after hours. Performs other duties as assigned.
