They ensure equipment runs efficiently, monitor production for quality control, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed. Machine Operators must follow safety protocols and production guidelines to meet company standards. Ideal candidates should have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly, packaging, and machine operatingReview work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as requiredProblem solve any discrepanciesOther related duties as requiredQualifications:We're looking for candidates who have the foundation to succeed - whether you're an experienced operator or more entry level and ready to develop your skills.
