You’ll find a firm that respects your time, invests in your growth, and genuinely wants you to thrive here.The RoleWe’re looking for a Family Law Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and ready to do meaningful legal work in a bilingual, community-centered environment. You’ll manage your own caseload — working alongside a dedicated team — and serve clients primarily in Spanish.We’ll consider candidates at different stages of their career. If you have solid experience in family law, great — we want to hear from you. If you’re newer but hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced firm, we’re open to the right person.What You’ll DoClient Representation•      Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials•      Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients•      Provide compassionate, clear legal guidance through high-conflict matters•      Maintain consistent communication and manage client expectations throughout the processCase Management•      Manage family law cases from intake to resolution: divorce, custody, support, protective orders, and adoptions•      Collaborate closely with paralegals to ensure efficient case progression•      Supervise legal assistants and paralegals in support of case goalsLegal Work•      Draft and file pleadings, motions, orders, and settlement agreements•      Conduct legal research and build case strategy•      Prepare pretrial and trial documentationWhat We’re Looking For•      Required: Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing•      Required: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) — approximately 90% of daily client interaction is in Spanish•      Experience: 1–5 years of family law experience preferred; we will train the right candidate with the right mindset•      Strong organizational and time management skills — you can hold a full caseload without dropping the ball•      Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages•      Comfortable with case management software; experience with MyCase, VXT, or Docketwise is a plus•      A genuine commitment to serving the Latino community with dignity and careWhat We OfferWe want you to build a career here, not burn out.
