Paralegal

SuperDial is building the automation layer for healthcare operations. Our AI-powered platform helps healthcare organizations manage complex administrative workflows such as revenue cycle operations, reducing manual work and improving efficiency across the healthcare system.We're looking for a Paralegal to support contracts, legal operations, and commercial agreements as we scale. This role will work closely with leadership, sales, and external counsel to ensure contracts move quickly and risk is managed appropriately.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of legal, business, and operations in a fast-moving startup environment.About the Role:Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, including:SaaS agreementsMSAs and Statements of WorkBusiness Associate AgreementsNDAsVendor AgreementsPartnership AgreementsManage the contract lifecycle, including redlines, version control, and execution.Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters and escalations.Maintain and improve legal templates, playbooks, and internal processes.Support compliance, data privacy, and healthcare-related legal documentation.Help implement and manage contract management systems and documentation workflows.Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure contracts close efficiently.About You:3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professionalStrong experience working with commercial contracts and SaaS agreementsComfortable managing redlines and negotiationsExperience working with startups, technology companies, or healthcare organizations is a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detailAble to operate independently in a fast-moving environmentNice to HaveExperience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA or related frameworks)Experience supporting sales contracts or enterprise dealsFamiliarity with contract management toolsWho We Are:SuperDial is transforming AI in healthcare by building scalable, AI-powered solutions that optimize revenue cycle management.
