Senior Client Success Manager - REMOTE
Senior Client Success Manager - REMOTE role in the Banking & Insurance vertical. Primary responsibilities: manage ongoing client relationships and deliver value-added solutions that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience and support, ensuring service agreements are met or exceeded. Opportunity to leverage data and analytics for business decision-making.
Accountabilities
Serve as the single post-sales support contact for customers, facilitating value and impact discussions.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service.
Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and key performance indicators.
Identify and facilitate customer training needs for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Ensure delivery of products/services meets or exceeds defined SLAs and KPIs.
Provide additional support in areas like Data Advisory and Technical Implementation as needed.
Promote attendance to relevant industry knowledge sessions.
Assist Sales Managers with contract management, forecasting, and negotiation as needed.
Possess skills in product certifications related to Finance Solutions and Sales & Marketing Solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management.
Proficient in utilizing applications and systems like SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal.
Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business unit solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on high-level documentation.
Ability to understand and engage with various personas, including CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and certifications preferred.
3-5 years of project management experience are desirable.
