We are hiring Account Managers and Technical Recruiters to work in a Split Desk Model, combining sales and recruiting responsibilities. This performance-driven role allows you to build client relationships, place top talent, and directly impact revenue and growth.Position OverviewSplit Desk Responsibilities:Account Manager – SalesGenerate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsIdentify hiring needs and develop staffing solutionsNegotiate pay rates and service agreementsMeet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targetsTechnical Recruiter – RecruitingSource and engage candidates through multiple channelsConduct phone screens and qualify technical talentManage the full recruitment lifecycleMatch candidates to client requirementsMaintain strong consultancy relationshipsShared ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to qualify requests and candidatesTrack activity and pipeline in CRM systemsStay informed on industry trends and market intelligenceContribute to a competitive, team-oriented cultureQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience0–3+ years of sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferredStrong communication skills and phone presenceCompetitive, goal-oriented mindsetCoachable, resilient, and results-drivenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentWhy Join Us?Our culture is more than words — it's how we operate.
