Associate Software Engineer

Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000/year (Based on experience & location)

About the Opportunity: Our client, a forward-thinking tech organization, is scaling its global engineering team and seeking an Associate Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy innovative software solutions. This is a 100% remote role offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality code. Optimize software for performance, security, and reliability. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

Must-Have: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of hands-on software development experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.Experience with frontend (React/Angular) or backend (Django, Node.js, .NET) frameworks. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes. Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).Prior remote work experience or open-source contributions.
