We are expanding our Welding Fabrication Team and looking for highly skilled professionals who bring precision, pride, and deep technical expertise to their craft.In this role, you'll apply advanced welding techniques—including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW—to fabricate mission-critical components to exacting MILSPEC standards. Whether fitting intricate assemblies or mentoring junior fabricators, your craftsmanship directly supports the performance and reliability of systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners. At Jered, your work doesn’t just build parts—it helps power operations that make a global impact.Success CriteriaAs a Senior Fabricator, you’ll spend most of your time fabricating, fitting, and welding intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques.
