We are expanding our Welding Fabrication Team and looking for highly skilled professionals who bring precision, pride, and deep technical expertise to their craft.In this role, you'll apply advanced welding techniques—including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW—to fabricate mission-critical components to exacting MILSPEC standards. Whether fitting intricate assemblies or mentoring junior fabricators, your craftsmanship directly supports the performance and reliability of systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners. At Jered, your work doesn’t just build parts—it helps power operations that make a global impact.Success CriteriaAs a Senior Fabricator, you’ll spend most of your time fabricating, fitting, and welding intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques. The most successful team members bring expert knowledge, an eye for precision, and a strong safety-first mindset. They don’t just meet expectations—they model best practices and elevate the performance of everyone around them.You’ll work in a high-output manufacturing environment where precision, collaboration, and adaptability are key. Challenges include maintaining certification across multiple weld processes, troubleshooting equipment, interpreting complex drawings, and mentoring junior fabricators.
