Enterprise Medical is seeking an Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine physician to join an established practice in Urbana,home to the University of Illinois. Prominent healthcare system with nearly 16,600 team members in its eight hospitals, physician groups, and a variety of healthcare businesses.Practice Details Join four Geriatricians who support nursing home rounds, along with 7 APPs, and three full-time nursing staff, with anoption to teach internal medicine residents Primary responsibilities include overseeing patient care at area nursing homes in post-acute care, long-term care, and assisted living/memory care Planned schedule is Monday-Friday, with anoption for part-time Work in close collaboration with the APP team to manage patients? needs(APPs take first call) Compensation ranges from$310,000 - $315,000, depending on experience,and generous benefits Opportunity for academics and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation?s first medical school focused on the intersection of healthcare and engineering Optional moonlighting available with urgent care for extra income Community Details Champaign-Urbana has been described as a micro-urban community, offering many of the amenities of a much larger city while retaining the feel of a smaller town.
