Audit SeniorPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, particularly in the not-for-profit sector. This role requires a strong understanding of auditing standards and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring all aspects are conducted in accordance with professional standards.Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.Review work papers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management teams effectively.Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during the audit process.Stay current with industry developments and changes in regulations affecting audits, especially in the not-for-profit sector.QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting or related field.Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience, preferably in public accounting.Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations, including Yellowbook and Single Audit requirements.CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.Experience working with not-for-profit organizations is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
