Junior DesignerOur client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Junior Designer to join their dynamic team on a long-term contract basis. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects across digital, print, video, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will support the development of innovative visual content, ensuring brand consistency and delivering compelling design solutions that resonate with target audiences. If you are a creative professional with a passion for cutting-edge design and a collaborative spirit, this role will provide a dynamic environment to showcase your skills and grow your portfolio within a thriving financial services setting.Compensation:$35 - $39 per hour*Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualificationsApplicants must be able to work onsite in Boston MA, 3 days per week to be eligible for this position.If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, please apply with your resume for more information!Responsibilities:Turn project goals and creative direction into clean, effective designs that support communication and marketing initiativesCreate and update materials across digital and print (and related channels such as social/video) while staying aligned to brand guidelinesManage multiple assignments at once, tracking details, timelines, and version updates to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional partners (content, marketing/channel teams, and other designers) to confirm requirements and incorporate feedbackEnsure final files are accurate, consistent, and production-ready, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and overall presentationParticipate in project check-ins and reviews, asking the right questions and contributing ideas as appropriateStay current on design trends and best practices to continuously improve executionRequirements:BA Degree in Graphic Design (or related field) OR equivalent hands-on experience3 - 5 years of design experience in an agency and/or in-house creative team environmentPortfolio required showing strength in visual design, layout, and concepting (especially across relevant marketing materials)Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Figma preferred; comfort with standard office tools is a plusClear communicator who collaborates well and can take direction while working independently when neededAble to prioritize and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environmentMust have both print and digital experienceOur Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
