Job Description Restaurant Service Managers and Kitchen Managers oversee daily operations in full-service restaurants, ensuring high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance. They manage a large team of 31+ employees, coordinating staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and enforcing health and safety standards while utilizing scheduling software to streamline workflow. This role offers growth opportunities to advance to General Manager or specialize in Culinary Management.
