We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations for a manufacturing-focused organization. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.Key Responsibilities• Financial Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including the month-end close process and internal reporting.• Planning & Analysis: Manage the annual budget and weekly forecasting while identifying operational risks and opportunities.• Cost & Inventory Oversight: Analyze production cost trends and supervise inventory valuation and cycle count programs.• Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements.• Support: Partner with various departments to provide administrative and operational financial guidance.Requirements• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.• Experience: At least seven years of professional experience, including a strong background in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.• Certification: Holding a CPA or CMA designation is preferred but not manatory.
