Laundry Specialist

Laundry Production Team Member Job Summary We’re looking for dependable team members to join our laundry production team. In this role, you’ll help process linens in a fast-paced, hands-on environment using a mix of equipment and manual work. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain work experience, build strong habits, and work as part of a team. OPEN WEEKEND AVAILABLITY NEEDED Key Responsibilities Sort incoming linens by type following standard procedures Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Learn to safely operate industrial laundry equipment, including ironers and automated folding machines Hand fold items as needed to meet quality standards Inspect linens for cleanliness, damage, and overall quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals Assist with other tasks as needed to support operations Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments is a plus but not required Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical understanding is helpful Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment Ability to work safely around moving equipment Schedule Day and evening shifts available Overtime and weekends may be available based on business needs OPEN WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST Additional Info This position offers a steady, team-oriented work environment and is well-suited for individuals looking to build experience in a production setting, including those balancing school or other commitments.
