Lead Project Manager
The Lead Project Manager reports to the VP of Operations and generally oversees the project managers within the company. The duties of a Lead PM will vary, however, they can expect to be responsible for assisting other PM's in daily scheduling, plan review, supervising all project related activities and tasks, job documentation, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the crews. Duties also include managing quality control, pushing deadlines, and jobsite safety.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the general construction field with at least 5 years as a Project Manager. Must have a firm understanding of general building practices, strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate are also strongly recommended.
Valid driving license/ID required, ability to pass a drug test and physical examination, as well as background check.
Can also apply in person at our facility in Burley M-F, 8-3PM each day.
