Job Description Fintube Mechanical Assembly TechnicianLocation: Tulsa, OKSchedule: Day ShiftJob DescriptionHireCall is hiring for a valued Tulsa client and we're looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who takes pride in building machines the right way.As a Fintube Mechanical Assembly Technician, you'll assemble heavy-duty industrial equipment that is shipped worldwide to produce high-quality finned tube used in heat exchangers. This role combines precision mechanical assembly with hands-on problem-solving in a team-oriented environment.If you enjoy working with tools, assembling complex machinery, and seeing equipment come to life because you built it, this could be a great fit.What You'll DoAssemble and fasten machine components such as bearings, gearboxes, drives, and guardsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawingsInstall and connect hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systemsAlign and inspect rotating equipment to ensure smooth operationTest and run machines to confirm safety, quality, and readiness for shipmentTroubleshoot and correct mechanical or assembly issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaOccasionally assist with equipment installs or upgrades at customer sitesWhat You Bring3+ years of experience assembling industrial equipment or heavy machineryStrong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skillsExperience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systemsFamiliarity with safe lifting, rigging, and handling of large componentsBonus (not required): Experience with finning machines, welding processes, or PLC-controlled equipmentWhy You'll Like Working HereBuild machines used around the world and take pride in your craftsmanshipClimate-controlled shop with a strong safety cultureCompetitive pay, great benefits, and paid trainingOpportunities to learn new skills and grow your careerPhysical RequirementsApproximately 95% of the work shift involves standing, bending, squatting, climbing, inspecting machines, and monitoring processesAbility to lift, push, pull, and position materials and parts up to 50 poundsLifting devices are used when possible, though some tasks require manual handling due to confined spacesIf you meet these requirements, please submit your resume to teresa.harmon@hirecall.com or call 918.933.5530 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
