Akkodis is seeking a Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate must have handson experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a strong understanding of SEO-driven content and digital workflows.Rate Range: $30/hour to $33/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator job responsibilities include:Manage and execute website content updates and workflows, handling requests through a centralized ticketing system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and brand-compliant content delivery.Troubleshoot and respond to content-related issues, requests, and inquiries.Support content promotions and placements across digital platforms.Create and optimize content while ensuring adherence to SEO best practices and brand guidelines.Manage stakeholders and ensure effective cross-team coordinationSupport and manage property grant-related projectsOversee day-to-day operations within digital content workflowsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Digital Content OperationsHands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.), with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a strong plusStrong understanding of communication best practicesFamiliarity with ticketing systems and workflow managementGlider test required at the time of the interview.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in digital content management (2-4 years preferred).Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Nice-to-have: Experience with project management or ticketing tools and customer support environments.
