Item Processor / Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Item Processor / Sales Associate to join our HOME ONCE MORE team. This role involves engaging with customers, processing items into computer software. communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus, helping to enhance team performance and customer interactions. Duties Operate POS systems accurately for buys & sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Manage inventory through proper stock rotation and product replenishment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in retail or similar environments Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math skills Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong Work History This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in sales, customer service, and merchandising will be valued.
