With a strong legacy of innovation, quality, and service, Komline-Sanderson commits to operational excellence and long‑term value creationThe Dock Handler II is responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving operations in the manufacturing environment. The Dock Handler II ensures the accurate, safe, and efficient movement of materials using powered industrial equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes.Roles And ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload inbound and outbound shipments using forklifts and/or overhead cranesVerify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips, reporting discrepancies Prepare outgoing shipments, packaging, labeling, and documentation Safely transport materials between dock, warehouse, and production areas Operate forklifts and overhead cranes in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP or warehouse management systems Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Ensure dock and warehouse areas are clean, organized, and audit-ready Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet operational goals Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities (lean, 5S, waste reduction)Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent3–6 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Manufacturing environment experienceAchieve forklift certification within 15 days of job start date Ability to read and interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, etc.) Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures Ability to work both independently and within a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environmentPreferred QualificationsOverhead crane certification or experience Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles Experience handling large, heavy, or irregular industrial materialsAbility to read and interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, etc.) Equal Opportunity Statement: Komline is an EEO employer – M/F/Vets/Disabled
