CAPPS Mainframe Analyst

IDR is seeking a CAPPS Mainframe Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will provide senior-level functional and technical support for the CAPPS Program, helping ensure HR processes, integrations, and compliance requirements are met. This position supports a mission-focused environment with complex enterprise HR and mainframe workflows. Position Overview for the CAPPS Mainframe Analyst: Provide highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance supporting the CAPPS Program. Deliver functional HR expertise across workforce administration, workforce setup, HR security configuration, and table/job structure support. Support CAPPS configuration and workflow activities, including AWE-Approval Workflow Engine setup and related query/report development. Ensure alignment with FMLA requirements, including plan entitlements, leave type customization, module integration, and compliance reporting support. Perform technical skill support for applicable tools, including Application Designer, Integration Broker web services, and reporting customization, with SQL proficiency. Requirements for the CAPPS Mainframe Analyst: Extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency Extensive experience supporting the HR module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policy Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution What's in it for you?
