OverviewAre you a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and financial skills? The Watershed Management Division is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator II to support critical permitting, financial, and operational functions. This position is part of the Business and Operational Support Services (BOSS) program, which delivers administrative, technical, and financial support services for the entire Division.The Ideal Candidate Will Have The FollowingExperience with accounts receivable, invoice processing, and data trackingStrong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and financial databasesExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities IncludeManaging accounts receivable across six permitting programsProcessing invoices and tracking financial records using state systemsReviewing permit applications and compliance itemsCoordinating onboarding and employee resource communicationsSupporting procurement requests through VT BuysProviding public and applicant assistance for permit and payment questionsThis position plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused financial and administrative support across the Division. You must apply online to be considered.Please note that multiple positions in the same work location may be filled from this job posting.Environmental FactorsWork is performed in a standard office setting.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.OROne year of full-time college level study in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field AND two (2) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.ORTwo years of full-time college level study OR an associate's degree or higher in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field AND one (1) year or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.ORThree years or more of full-time college level study OR a bachelor's degree in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or a related field.OROne (1) year or more of experience as an Administrative Services Coordinator I with the State of Vermont.NOTE: Only administrative work experience is qualifying.
