Member Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist. Key Responsibilities Conduct 70+ outbound calls/SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings Utilize data to identify member needs, resolve inquiries, and schedule medical appointments Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accurate system documentation Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role, preferably in healthcare Proven success in fast-paced environments with strong time management skills High emotional intelligence with skills in de-escalation and tailored communication Proficient in digital platforms and internal systems for efficient service Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
