The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the residential properties. We are looking for a technician at our new community, Avery Square, located in Manheim, PA! Completing work orders and maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, painting, light carpentry, replacement of glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, etc. Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials. Preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy. Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community. Must be able to work assigned on call. What we are looking for from you... Minimum of 2 years Residential Maintenance and/or Construction experience required Must possess all basic hand tools to perform service duties Basic computer proficiency Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong team player Ability to think logically in following instructions and carrying out procedures HS Diploma or GED is preferred How you and your family can benefit from working with us...
