Trust Us, You Won't Get Bored, As Youact as the operator’s representative across our North American hotel projectsensure Ruby’s brand, technical, design, and operational standards come to life on sitecoordinate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliersmanage FF&E execution from tendering and vendor selection through installation and handoverreview layouts, drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination with a strong eye for detail and guest experienceidentify project risks early and help solve issues before they become problemssupport construction progress, quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and operational readinesshelp shape and adapt Ruby’s brand standards for the North American marketWe've Been Waiting For You, Since You Have/are7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project managementexperience working on the operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projectsa strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, FF&E integration, and technical coordinationthe ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities without losing your coola hands-on and solution-oriented mindset excellent communication and organizational skillsan eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mindconfidence working in fast-paced and international environmentswillingness to travel across North Americafluent English skills — additional languages like Spanish are a plusWhat's in for you?
