In addition to customer engagement, Pearl provides comprehensive workforce solutions across healthcare and beneficiary support roles and integrates telehealth, crisis support, and licensed clinical staffing to expand access to behavioral health services.Salary Range:$112,000.00 To $140,000.00 AnnuallyAs Controller, you will direct the financial close and day-to-day accounting operations, administer our ERP system, oversee financial audits, and lead the accounting team. You'll be a key partner in ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations (FAR and CAS) and driving accurate, timely financial reporting across the organization.WHAT YOU'LL DOEnsure FAR/CAS/DCAA-compliant financial operations and internal controls, including indirect cost rate structures and incurred cost submissionsLead close processes and GAAP-compliant financial reporting, including the general ledger, AP/AR, cost accounting, and government-required submissionsGovernment Contract AccountingManage cost allocation, indirect rates (Fringe, Overhead, G&A), contract pricing, and the annual incurred cost submission in partnership with contracting officers and auditorsLead and mentor the accounting team, coordinate with program and business development teams, and oversee ERP security and audit supportSupport payroll reconciliation, the annual financial audit, budgeting/reforecasts, and multi-state tax complianceWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA Certification9+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in government contractingDeep knowledge of FAR, CAS, and DCAA audit requirementsExperience with indirect cost rate development and incurred cost submissionsStrong proficiency in Deltek CostpointExpertise in GAAP accounting principlesStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBAExperience with ERP systems and financial automation toolsPrior work with healthcare or technology-focused government contractors WORK DETAILSSchedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – FridayFully RemotePreferred locations: GA, DC/MD/VAPearl Interactive Network, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
