Job Description Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Beaumont, TXOur client is a growing General Contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and educational construction projects throughout Texas and the Southeast. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution.The Construction Project Manager will manage multiple commercial construction projects while working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Responsibilities:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutReview construction drawings, specifications, bid documents, and contracts to determine project scope and cost requirementsPrepare detailed project estimates including labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costsPerform quantity takeoffs and assist with bid preparation and proposal developmentDevelop, maintain, and manage project schedules throughout the duration of projectsMonitor project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitabilityGenerate and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentationCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel throughout project executionConduct site visits and oversee project progress on active job sitesCollaborate with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, safety requirements, and quality standardsTrack production, job costs, and project milestones while providing regular updates to company leadership and clientsEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and project safety requirementsQualifications:5+ years managing commercial construction projectsExperience managing commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, or large-scale construction projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentsExperience preparing project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and cost breakdownsExperience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, project schedules, and construction documentationWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and building codesExperience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams throughout all phases of constructionAbility to track project budgets, forecasting, and cost controlAbility to travel to active regional job sites as neededCompensation:Base salary in the 90k – 120k/year range401k plus matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offReferral program#INDALL
