Our dedication to candidates involves managing expectations with precision through business intelligence, thorough interview preparation, transparent communication, and exceptional feedback throughout the process.We are committed to advancing your career and look forward to supporting your professional growth.Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL On-site 5 days a weekSalary: $95,000$125,000 + BonusMust have the following: CPA or CPA track, 5+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, month-end close ownership, financial statement preparation, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), team leadership (managing 2 accountants)Responsibilities:Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations while remaining fully hands-on in core accounting functionsSupervise and mentor a team of 2 accountants, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and professional growthMaintain the integrity of the general ledger through timely recording, reconciliations, and GAAP compliancePrepare and review journal entries with proper documentation and adherence to internal policiesOwn and oversee the monthly close process, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidationsPrepare and review monthly financial statements with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlinesConduct detailed variance analysis and present insights and recommendations to Finance LeadershipSupport annual audit processes, including preparation and review of audit schedulesDrive improvements in accounting processes, controls, and system efficienciesCollaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and reportingAssist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and internal controlsHandle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requestsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (required)CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public or private)Prior experience managing or mentoring staff preferred (2 direct reports)Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAPProven experience with financial statement preparation and analysisExperience with ERP systems required; NetSuite strongly preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
