Job DescriptionWarehouse Lead - Large national logistics company seeks an experienced Warehouse Lead to work the day shift at their Los Angeles, CA facility.EARN $20 AN HOUR! WEEKLY PAY!WORK: MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 11AM – 7:30PM + OVERTIMEPlus, you will receive:Sick pay after 90 days. Weekends off. Free on-site parking. Access to an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for organizing and directing the work of the warehouse team members engaged in the receiving and shipping process. You will also be expected to:Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations. Foster an environment of Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and reduce costs. Monitor the performance of warehouse associates and provide associate feedback, when needed. Providing end of day reports to management. Assist in training and motivating subordinates to enhance performance. To be considered for these Warehouse Lead positions, you must have 2 years of lead experience in a warehouse environment. You must also:Have a forklift certification. Have completed some college coursework. Be able to work overtime, as needed. Be able to handle stress and meet deadlines. Have strong computer skills.
