You’ll play a key role in translating business goals into execution plans and leading cross-functional teams to deliver at scale. What You’ll Be DoingLead multiple complex programs across engineering teams in a fast-paced environment Partner with engineering, product, and analytics leaders to drive key initiatives Own program planning, roadmaps, releases, and execution using Agile methodologies Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep programs on track Communicate status, timelines, and updates to both technical and business stakeholders Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery Drive collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Solid understanding of: SQL, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing BI tools like Tableau or Looker Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Google Suite, MS Office Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders Nice to HaveExperience in media, streaming, or large-scale tech environments Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate autonomously EducationBachelor’s degree in a related field Why This Role?Work on high-visibility, business-critical initiatives Collaborate with top-tier engineering and product teams Be part of a company shaping the future of streaming and digital media
