This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company building next-generation thermal management systems powering hyperscale AI data centers and mission-critical infrastructure across North America.With Mesa 1 and Mesa 2 now operational, XNRGY is experiencing explosive year-over-year growth and investing heavily in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and workforce expansion.XNRGY is a leading North American manufacturer of high-efficiency, sustainable HVAC and chiller systems serving data centers, healthcare, life sciences, commercial buildings, and other mission-critical environments.We are seeking experienced Brazers with 5+ years of hands-on brazing experience who take pride in precision workmanship, quality, and safety.Position OverviewThe Brazer is responsible for performing high-quality brazing and assembly work on HVAC and chiller systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires experience working with copper piping systems, reading blueprints, and supporting production operations in a climate-controlled indoor manufacturing facility.Candidates must be open to working either day shift or night shift based on production needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform brazing operations using gas torches on copper piping and components using filler metalsPerform brazing on copper pipe diameters ranging from 1.5 inches to 4 inches minimumAssemble valves, compressors, evaporators, and related HVAC/chiller componentsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, shop orders, and work instructionsPerform first-article inspections and identify dimensional or quality defectsUse power tools, hand tools, saws, and fabrication equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork collaboratively across departments and shifts to support production goalsSupport continuous improvement and problem-solving initiativesUtilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for production tracking and inventory supportTrain across multiple production areas and assist where neededPerform all work in a 100% indoor manufacturing environmentQualifications5+ years of brazing experience in manufacturing, HVAC, piping, refrigeration, or related industriesExperience brazing copper piping systems from 1.5” to 4” diameter requiredAbility to produce high-quality, precision brazing workExperience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipmentAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detail, safety, and workmanshipMust be flexible and open to day or night shiftsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 45 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced indoor manufacturing environmentMust be able to distinguish the full spectrum of colors (not colorblind)Safety shoes required; additional PPE provided by XNRGYJoin XNRGY Climate Systems and help build the advanced cooling infrastructure powering the future of AI and mission-critical technology.
