Role: Network Architect Location: San Jose, CA- Onsite W2 Candidates $80/hr on W2 Industry: Data Center Must have required skills – Enterprise Network Architecture, Data Center, Cisco Networking, Firewall Technologies, Network Automation / Orchestration Details: · Design, implement, and support network architecture standards to enable secure, resilient, scalable, and high-performing enterprise connectivity across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments · Design and manage routing, switching, segmentation, and network topology patterns to support application availability, traffic optimization, and operational reliability · Develop and maintain network infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and configuration baselines to ensure consistency, compliance, and maintainability across environments · Build and support orchestration capabilities to streamline provisioning, configuration changes, policy enforcement, and recurring operational tasks · Coordinate with security, cloud, infrastructure, application, and operations teams to align network design, deployment schedules, change windows, and service dependencies · Support network security controls, including firewalls, load balancing, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, proxying, and access policies, to protect data flows and reduce operational risk · Use monitoring, logging, and telemetry platforms to validate network performance, troubleshoot incidents, identify bottlenecks, and support capacity planning and root cause analysis · Evaluate technologies, vendor solutions, and architecture options, and recommend improvements that strengthen reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and overall network posture · Good Communication skills to communicate designs well with client
