Senior Technical Product Manager - Fleet Orchestration

Location:Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)IntroductionThis is an exciting time at our company as we expand our live service and fleet of robots to new customers and geographies. In order to do this efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service, we require a robust fleet orchestration system that governs both customer rides and non-customer vehicle trips. The selected candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and delivering the roadmap priorities that allow us to hit our key service and efficiency metrics.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of product management experience2 years as a product manager for complex backend softwareExperience driving collaboration, alignment, and affecting outcomes with influence instead of authorityDirect experience with product-lifecycle managementA technical background, with the ability to learn and understand software development, and concepts such as back-end systems, web apps APIs, and technical tradeoffsPreferred Skills & QualificationsExperience stewarding products through its lifecycle in a relevant space (rideshare, supply chain, or inventory management)Experience in product management for science teams (e.g., operations research)Experience developing and executing long-term plans (1-3 years) in ambiguous spacesAbility to thrive in a growing, complex organizationSkill in deconstructing complex ideas and conceptsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesHelp define the systems that ensure our robots are in the right place at the right timeSteward a software product line and curate its roadmapWork closely with Engineering, Science, Technical Program Managers, and front-end Product Managers to refine and prioritize features and requirementsDefine, implement, and monitor metrics that measure the health and performance of these systemsFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
