Welder/FabricatorBuckeye Construction & RestorationBuckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to support restoration and structural repair projects. This role involves working hands-on in the field and shop to repair, modify, and fabricate steel components used in structural restoration.What you'll doPerform structural welding using MIG, Stick, or other required processes.Fabricate, cut, fit, and assemble steel components.Repair and reinforce existing structural elements in the field.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Install fabricated components on active job sites.Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.Evaluate field conditions and assist in developing practical solutions.Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets project specifications.Follow all company and job site safety requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications3 years of welding and fabrication experience. Welding certification is a plus.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and construction drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.Understanding of structural steel and repair methods preferred.Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and field challenges.Ability to work in outdoor and active job site environments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as needed.Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented.ABOUT THE COMPANY:BCR - Buckeye Construction & Restoration is a specialty contractor focused on the repair, restoration, and modification of masonry, concrete, and steel structures.
