Construction Superintendent – Multifamily ConstructionLocation: RenoCompensation: $110,000 – $135,000 Base Salary + Bonus + BenefitsEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in the Reno market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale apartment, mixed-use, or podium-style developments and will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive schedules, maintain quality standards, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily field operations for multifamily construction projects Manage project schedules and coordinate all subcontractor activities Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all jobsite activities Collaborate with Project Managers to track budgets, schedules, and procurement needs Identify and proactively resolve field issues and construction conflicts Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates Lead and mentor field staff, assistant superintendents, and trade partners Qualifications4+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up multifamily construction Experience managing projects ranging from 100+ units preferred Strong knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and/or wrap-style multifamily construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven ability to manage schedules and subcontractor performance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project OSHA 30 certification preferred Stable work history with reputable general contractors or developers Preferred ExperienceExperience with large-scale apartment communities, mixed-use developments, or hospitality projects Knowledge of Nevada building codes and inspection processes Experience delivering projects on aggressive schedules while maintaining quality standards Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 DOE Performance Bonus Opportunities Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle Gas Card Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Long-Term Growth Opportunities with a Growing Builder Why Join?Join a team with a strong pipeline of multifamily developments throughout Northern Nevada.
