This role may also involve helping in the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareRespond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate mannerSubmit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for paymentWork closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needsConduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventorySupport the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concernsPrepare reports under manager's supervisionAid team members in administrative tasksWhat You Bring to the Role:2+ years of experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratiosMobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safelyHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat Makes You a Great Fit:You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skillsYou have good organizational skills with strong attention to detailYou're able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaintsYou read, write, and speak English fluentlyCompensation and Benefits:The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.45 to $23.29 per hour.
