The Job Details: The Phenix Business Analyst II plays a critical role in shaping how US Cold Storage's warehouse management platform supports real-world operations. This role sits at the intersection of warehouse operations, product management, and software development, translating operational workflows into scalable system solutions. You will work directly with warehouse teams, internal stakeholders, and development teams to define requirements, refine system behavior, and ensure solutions are built with clarity, consistency, and operational impact. Responsibilities:Lead and participate in requirements gathering with warehouse operators, internal business units, and third-party integrationsDocument and maintain functional workflows for both existing Phenix modules and new system solutionsTranslate operational processes into clear system behavior, business rules, and data requirementsParticipate as a Scrum team member in sprint ceremonies, stand-ups, and backlog refinementDefine and refine acceptance criteria in collaboration with Quality Assurance teamsManage sprint priorities, Jira backlog, and roadmap alignmentPerform user acceptance testing (UAT) for delivered features and enhancementsProvide product demonstrations to stakeholders and user communitiesAct as a liaison between business units and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity The Job Specifics:Location and Department: Camden, NJ - Corporate / ProductReports To: Phenix Product Manager - New SystemsTravel Amount: Approximately 25-30%Job Type: Full-Time, SalariedSalary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skillset What We Are Looking For: The Ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Design, or Technical DocumentationExperience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworksStrong understanding of logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or inventory management environmentsExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar SDLC/project management platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Phenix or similar platformsExperience working with RF-driven workflows or highly automated warehouse environmentExposure to third-party system integrations and API-driven environments Other Abilities You Will Need to Have: The requirements described below are representative of those required to perform the essential duties of this position.
