The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $128,084 -$169,711 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.Join Our Team as a Senior Global Business System Change Manager!Essential Functions:Hands On Change ExecutionActively support the workstreams by embedding change activities into day to day program execution. Develop and execute change plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption strategies aligned to the program milestones. Work directly with business teams to identify readiness gaps, resistance points and practical adoption risks. Create and deliver tangible change artifacts (e.g. readiness assessments, stakeholder maps, communications plans, training coordination inputs). Attend working sessions, blueprinting sessions and leadership forums toensure change is addressed where decisions are made. Strategic Change LeadershipTranslate program objectives into a clear change startegy that aligns people, process and technology outcomes. Advise program and business leaders on change impacts, sequensing and risk mitigation. Continuously assess change effectiveness and pivot approach as the program scope, timelines or business priorities shift. Ensure change activities are aligned to long term operating model and capability outcomes, not just to go live readiness.Stakeholder and Leadership: Builds trust relationship with executive sponsors, functional leaders and delivery teams. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring leadership intent is reflected in day to day behaviors. Support leaders with messaging, talking points, and engagement approaches to lead their teams through change.Governance and Program Integration: Integrate change management into program governance, RAID processes, and milestone reviews. Identify change realted risks and issues and actively manage them through mitigation plans. Provide clear reporting on adoption readiness, stakeholer sentiment and change risks to leadership. Compliance: Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rulesMaintain regular and punctual attendance.Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required.Communicate effectively and respectfully with others.Required Experience and Capabilities:Proven experience leading change for complex, enterprise scale transformations focussing on both business and ERPDemonstared ability to operate at multiple levels from detailed execution to executive level strategyComfortable with "getting hands dirty" working through ambiguity, incomplete information and evolving scopeStrong business acumen with the ability to connect change acitivities to operational outcomesExcellent stakholder management and communication skills across executive, leadership and frontline audiemcesExperience working with or alondside a System Integrator in a structured delidery environmentExcellent attention to detail and excellen problem solving skillsSound internpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect, and foster a collaborative working relationship amongs a diverse audienceExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation). Able to liaise with key stakeholders across the organization in technical and non-technical rolesProficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPOint, Excel, etc.)PreferredExperience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing companyEducation & Minimum Qualifications:Required Bachelor's degree in Business Organizational Change, Human Resources or related field8+ years of experience leading change management for complex, enterprise scale transformations, preferably involving ERP or large technology enabled transformations preferably within a manufacturing environmentPreferred Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)S&C Electric is committed to equal-opportunity employment.
