You have a solution focused mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service.1. Provide expertise and build enhancement STO vulnerability response2. Implement Configuration Compliance through configuration and minimal customization to include but not limited to:Configure integration with Tenable for Compliance ScanningConfigure workflow for exception managementConfiguration of Risk calculatorConfiguration of Risk score roll up calculatorConfigure CI based Assignment rulesConfiguration of Report to View issued resulting from Tenable importTechnical design document including RTM3. Analyst to implement Security Incident response through configuration and minimal customization to include but not limited to:Integrations to Sentinel, SolarWinds, CISCO and Microsoft productsConfigure Event Management for security Incident responseConfigure Alert rulesConfigure Security incident Escalation pathsConfigure SIR risk calculatorConfigure SLAConfigure related catalogue itemsConfigure automated run booksImport of runbook articlesTechnical design documents including RTM4. Configure performance analytics for security operations, including indicator sources, breakdowns, data collector jobs, reports and dashboards.5. Extensive knowledge in Configuration Management Database and related configurations with Security Operations6. Developer scripts, workflow, and flows in the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations7. Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies)8. Build out Models, customizations and configurations based on customer requirements9.
